With over 30 years of industry experience Cliffords manager Tara Richardson will facilitate a workshop and Q&A at this years Festival as part of our REVERB programme of community engagement.

Tara has a distinguished career, having spent 17 years at Q Prime UK, where she joined in 2007. During her tenure, she managed a diverse roster of prominent artists, including Snow Patrol, Foals, Declan McKenna, and, more recently, Nell Mescal and The Last Dinner Party.
In 2024, Tara decided to embark on a new journey by founding her own management firm, T-Time Management, allowing her to further leverage her expertise and connections in the industry.
This will be a unique opportunity for attendees to gain insights from Tara’s vast knowledge of artist management, music marketing, and industry trends. Participants will also have the chance to engage in a Q&A session, fostering a dynamic discussion about the challenges and opportunities in the music business.
